What personal data do we process?
We only process personal data that you provide to us through the contact form:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Requested dates of stay
- Message content
Purpose of processing
We process personal data for the purpose of responding to your accommodation inquiry and for the purpose of concluding an accommodation agreement. Without this data, we are unable to process your inquiry.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
Personal data is retained for the time necessary to process your inquiry and for the duration of the contractual relationship. After this period, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can exercise your rights by email at apartmancardovi@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
Transfers to third parties
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required by law.
