Prices are per whole apartment per night – final, including utilities and VAT.
Conditions
- Price is for the whole apartment (up to 4 persons).
- Dog or other pet upon agreement – fee 80 CZK/night.
- For stays of 3 nights or less, 25% of the total price is added.
- Check-out by 10:00 AM, check-in from 1:00 PM (other times upon agreement).
Reservation and deposit
After confirming the dates, we will send payment instructions. The deposit is approximately 50% of the total stay price. The reservation is binding after the deposit is paid.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before arrival, no fee will be charged (deposit will be refunded in full). If you cancel or modify your reservation less than 30 days in advance or do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the total stay price.
